Logstool
What to do with a rotting log?
A decade before the logstool was such, it was simply a log. For reasons unknown to us, a eucalyptus tree was chopped down and sectioned, then left to elements. This poor specimen was faring less well that the rest, suffering from a fissure that would have broken the log into two pieces were it not for the layer of adhesive mold holding it together.
Not wishing to leave it to such a fate, most especially amongst the rest of the logs in their dried but intact state, we decided to preserve it and give it a place of honor- a solid, all-weather outdoor seat.
